DOUBLE CHECK YOU ARE SENDING THE CORRECT FORMATTED IMAGE! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGN ERROR.
Your artwork must be print ready, we will not size it, we cannot change the color. It will print exactly how you send it.
You will receive this item as a roll, not individually cut. You will have to cut your images on your own. Unless you ordered single prints and not a gang sheet.
You are fully responsible for your images, no refunds on this product.
The image provided for print must be 300 DPI or larger. Anything lower than 300 DPI will most likely not print clearly and will be blurry.
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
All images must be:
- 300 DPI is Highly Recommended- PNG Format- Transparent- Not Mirrored/Reversed.* The image you add to the gang sheet should be a high quality. If you use a DPI convertor, please verify your sizing. *MANY* Online converters will reduce the size of your image and we will have to cancel.

Heat press temp 325*F
NO HOUSE HOLD IRON
Press garment for 15 seconds
Add transfer and press 10-15 seconds
Test transfer for hot or cool peel in corner before peeling completely off.
Second press with parchment paper or Teflon sheet 10-15 seconds
Let garment cool down before folding.
Sizes of Images
OUR SIZING IS BASED ON THE LONGEST SIDE OF THE IMAGE. Please take this into consideration when purchasing your prints. A vertical print will not be 11" wide as it will be based on the length.
FOR CORRECT SIZING MAKE SURE YOUR IMAGE IS CROPPED ON ALL SIDES.
Almost all of our DTF transfers are offered in the following sizes.
- 3.5" on the longest side - Pocket
- 5" on the longest side - Infant
- 7” on the longest side - Youth
- 11" on the longest side - Reg Adult
- 13" on the longest side - Large Adult
- 15" on the longest side - XL Adult
Sizing is manually adjusted and can be up to .75" off in variance.
If images are incorrectly sized, we will reprint at no cost for you however we will not reprint due to not understanding how we size our images. We size from the widest point of the entire print which includes any background designs. Our prints are cropped to only include the printing area and that is where we size from.
If you feel the sizing is incorrect, please send us a photo of the print with a tape measure from the furthest opposite points on the longest side.
