•Custom Shirt Order Instructions:

•Submit Your Logo:
Please upload your business logo directly through a private message on Etsy, or email it to us at dd_designs@aol.com.

•Review Your Mockup:
Once we receive your logo, we will create a mockup of your custom shirt and send it back to you for approval before we begin printing.

•Select Your Shirt Color:
Choose the color of your shirt by referring to the color and size chart available in the listing photos. Swipe through the images to view all options.

•Choose Quantity and Determine Pricing:
Select the total number of shirts you want to order. The price will vary based on the quantity. For example, to order four shirts, choose the "2-5 shirts" option and then specify "4" in the quantity selection at checkout.

•Important Notes:

•Logo Quality:
If you submit a logo in low resolution or a screenshot, the print will appear vintage, distressed, or blurry. For a high-quality print, please send an original, high-resolution file. Preferred formats include PNG, PDF, or vector files.

•Specify Sizes and Colors:
When ordering multiple shirts, please include the sizes, the corresponding colors, and the quantity of each size in the 'note to seller' box at checkout. Alternatively, you can message these details to us directly.

•Cancellation Policy:

If the quantity is not updated to reflect the correct number of shirts desired and remains set at "1", we will have to cancel the order. Example if you are ordering 4 garments and you select 2-5 pricing link but leave the quantity at 1 in the quantity box your order will be canceled and we will message you to please re-order with the correct amount in the quantity box.

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
